Insurance Policy

You’re going to be a part of our family and we care for you. All our guests are verified under the Travelguru Homestays’ insurance program. The guest insurance program makes every lodger eligible for a claim for up to Rs 3,00,00,000*.

Payment Security

Multiple measures have been taken to make payments secure, reliable and convenient on our platform. While booking a homestay, guest pays to Travelguru Homestays, and we transfer the money to the host 72 hours before guest check-in. All the account details and user’s personal information is protected against any unauthorised access.

Instant Messaging

We know it’s important for a guest to know a family before they actually go and stay with them. Our instant messaging on Travelguru Homestays’ app allows the guest to chat with the host, learn about them and discuss the itinerary prior to their trip.
